Project Description

In 2018, Fall City Farms and Fire & Vine Hospitality formed a partnership to provide hand-selected, locally grown produce to the company’s Seattle-area restaurants. The custom farming operation means that we work together to plan the farm’s seed order and the restaurant menus in tandem, so we can commit to fully utilizing all of the farm’s produce and find some special items not found in stores or other restaurant kitchens.

The Fall City Farms CSA program is new in 2020 and limited to just 30 seasonal memberships.  The weekly box features familiar items with a twist. Each variety is grown with a focus on flavor to bring joy and curiosity to the kitchen. The farm is committed to sustainable practices that support the efforts to protect water quality and wildlife habitat on and around the farm. All produce, pumpkins and flowers are grown using organic farming practices and are Salmon-Safe Certified.

  • The Fall City Farms weekly CSA share will run for 18 weeks, from June 12 through October 9, and is available for limited presale for $450 for the complete season.
  • Pickup is available at Aerlume and The Lakehouse each Friday and Saturday from 4:00 – 6:00pm.
  • Each weekly share will contain 7-12 items with a mix of seasonal fresh produce and a bouquet of flowers. A weekly newsletter will provide details on the contents, as well as recipes and farm updates.
  • CSA share members will have the opportunity to select special additional items including steaks and seafood, as well as Aerlume and The Lakehouse pantry items including house-made pickles and preserves, marinara sauce, granola and more.
