This very limited bottling of Woodinville Whiskey Cask Strength Single Barrel Bourbon is exclusive to Fire and Vine Hospitality restaurants, selected by our team for its incredible aromas and robust flavor. It was individually selected and bottled by hand on May 22, 2019 at 120.20 proof from barrel #1393. This bourbon embodies the perseverance, patience and dedication to quality that we strive to bring to our guests with each visit. We hope you are as delighted by this sensory experience as much as we were when choosing our first Revelers Club branded bourbon whiskey.

Four Roses Single Barrel
Fire & Vine Hospitality Private Selection
From time to time, a limited number of exceptionally smooth and complex barrels present themselves to Four Roses Master Distiller Brent Elliot. Each barrel is aged between 9 and 11 years. They then invite their customers to a private tasting and selection of their favorite barrels. Once chosen, each selection is bottled and private labeled as a non-chill filtered Single Barrel at Barrel Strength in limited quantities of approximately 150 – 200 bottles.

Our selection is from the OBSV recipe which contains 60% corn, 35% Rye, and 5% malted barley. It was aged for 9 years and 4 months in warehouse LE, and was bottled at barrel strength of 116 proof.

Wheatley Vodka by Buffalo Trace
Craft Distilled by Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley and his dedicated team at the Distillery, Wheatley Vodka is made in small batches using Harlen’s one of a kind micro-still and a unique recipe of wheat and other grains. Distilled a total of 10 times, triple filtered, and bottled at 82 proof, this artisanal vodka has a clean, crisp, and fresh taste. Harlen has always wanted to make a premium vodka, and knows from experience that wheat offers a delicate and balanced flavor profile. The wheat recipe is cooked, fermented, and distilled seven times on the micro-still before being married with a recipe made from other grains and distilled an additional three times. As Harlen describes it, “This is how vodka is supposed to taste.”
